A few days ago I read in the book "War and Peace" (The Arbing Institute): "The best leaders are those whom people want to stay. We have a different word for people who follow others only by force or necessity. We call them tyrants. "
Somehow, both the leaders and followers are tyrants. A simple decision makes someone a leader or a tyrant. I decided to follow them or not. I choose to be hero or a victim.
To what extent are we aware of our decision?
