Pop Up Garment Rack Dance

vision that inspires, yes, thanks!

Are
9:56, and start to write this post. Within 4 minutes Mariano Rajoy is facing questions from 100 citizens. I heard that it takes many days preparing the "alleged" questions to see how and to respond ... that little authenticity. It is look good, not inspiring ... please!

That led me to think that as a citizen of this country, I would get up every day thinking and feeling that I do contribute to something for my country ... I think so, but not for the politicians who inspire me, but what moves me, what they think. And I invented this same is true for 99% of the English ... why work and live in this country?

I want a powerful vision for my country. Something that makes me feel alive, that allows me to align my efforts and those of my company, with that vision. A vision to create creative tension in every single citizen, to implement new ideas and projects that lead to sustainable development, for me and my children and theirs.

To begin with, "I have a question for you", debri called, "I have a question for you" ... the distances involved do not respect hierarchy ... ... and in the post-modern world. no room for hierarchies, but for networks ...

My question for you, Mariano, is:

What vision offer for Spain in the 2030 horizon, and allow all English aligned towards achieving them dreaming of a better future in democracy, genuine dialogue, respect and pride?

Mariano
Now, you've answered three questions ... on a tangent and not respond authenticity .... it is responding, not politics ...

Brownish Discharge After Kidney Infection

What you should know to manage your team

In his book, The Future of Management (if any), Gary Hamel proposes a hierarchy of 6 human capabilities and its influence on competitive success. Here are their relative importance in the success: Passion

Creativity 35% 25% 20%
Initiative
Intellect 15% 5%
Diligence Obedience 0%

is, that 80% of success depends on three capabilities that today are "blocked" in most organizations ... for a lot of passion, creativity and initiative that the "boss" if only asks his team members intellect, diliegencia and obedience ... for it is breaded ...

Most organizations do not create space for passion, creativity and initiative ... "not pay you to think" ... results ... 85% of employees worldwide are not of himself what he could ... according to study by consulting firm Towers Perrin ...

Three questions:

passion
How far do your job?
How many new ideas you could implement in your role in the last year?
How long has it been since you took the last initiative?

and fourth ...

How organizations can inspire people to work to the best of themselves?

Colors That Go Well With Mustard Yellow

It's only money!

Yesterday I heard a track by Jeff Healey, entitled "It's only money !"... a piece of excellent blues ... from there I thought that when you take out your business, keep in mind that just about money is important ...

I believe that many projects fail because of the obsession entrepreneurship to achieve economic performance ...

The starting point must be the vision of how the action of your employer, have an impact on society .. yes, authenticity in the first place ... a powerful vision that makes you jump out of bed each day with joy and determination ...

So, you're in creative tension ... a place from which emerge the creativity to make the vision a reality ...

... and then acting so will the money ... it's only money!

Koleston Color For Gray Hair

The first minute, maybe the last

You enter the elevator of a large office building ... press the floor button on floor 14 ... 2, enters the head of a venture capital firm ... what chance you're just looking for funding for your new product ... you present ... blah, blah, blah ... on the floor 8 asks ... what makes your business? ... have 6 floors to respond something less than a minute ... what say?

In most cases you do not know what to say, we are concerned over the short time we have to focus a message simple and direct ...

Some resources for inspiration in this post by Guy Kawasaki Open Forum ...

Another useful resource is the book by Milo O. Frank, "How to get your point across in 30 Seconds, or less " ...

How do you feel when you get to floor 14?

How To Do A Mutoscope

Idea vs The Holy Grail Vision

Few projects are born of a vision of the world ... how we believe it will, how do we change for a better world ... and this is, for me, a "must have" ...

entrepreneur's project succeeds, born from within the person, from their values, their worldview of what they believe ... and then looking at the current reality, arise ideas ...

Inheritence Trust Account Intrest

Last night I had dinner with my friend Pedro ... and entrepreneur since more than a year with their own experiential training company, accendo ... and in a special dialogue, we feel our work as "knights Round Table "...

Both passionate about what we do, and at the same time, feeling that our respective dreams with a dream line up even more ... as if we were in search of the "Holy Grail" ...

In his book, "Batteries Included" , Nigel Barlow refers to the companies must create their own legend ... maybe inspired by The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho ... and we propose a sequence

/ The Quest (the search , what is the dream?
/ Code of Chivalry, by way of principles that will govern
/ Heroic Acts, heroic acts that you perform to achieve the dream ... for example, changing jobs, make a radical idea to your boss, say NO though ...
/ Using Magic (using magic) by creating memorable experiences in your relationships with your customers, partners ... from your true essence ... no give up anything, firmly believing that anything is possible ...
/ Finding the Holy Grail, in the end find what you seek, your "holy grail" particular, your dream ...

How does it sound to carry a life of "chivalry"?

What is your Holy Grail?

What's The Best Boobie Color Bracelet

1 Web application necessary for entrepreneurs

When people ask me what I do, I am, I answer ... I'm a dreamer - I'm a dreamer, and my dream is to live to be a dreamer ... inspire dreams that make you recover freedom ... most look at me saying (many just thinking about it) ... you can not live in dreams ... you only live in reality ...

Of course!

This requires them real, no dream is to dream ... dream is to inspire the launch of what is necessary to make the dream a reality ... that is, act ... Here is one of the enemies of entrepreneurs incordiantes ... "Procrastination" ... I mean, leave it for tomorrow ...

Recently, my friend Frank told me about a relative tool new that helps to get done what you propose. This is Nozbe , a web application can also download the i-phone (mobile, you know!) And organize your projects and actions very easily.

also has tutorials to get going and ... is free in its basic version ... freeconomics ... and it's great ...

I am delighted ... it also helps me make my dreams come true! ... And I have some ...

try it!

What Shorts For Rowing

public phone Are your public relations? How

When promoting our services (or products), they immediately think of marketing and sales activities ... direct, indirect, advertising, mailings, emailing, faxing ... all expensive and really time consuming ...

Where do all these actions, we forget our core competencies, what makes us different from others, and what in all likelihood, enjoy more ... we run the risk of distracting, and devote our time to marketing, which is not necessarily our forte.

For this we choose to outsource marketing services to someone itself is an expert who is highly competent ... it ...

At the same time, we can concentrate on developing and putting into action our core competence ... and thus, our customers will feel the difference, this unique experience ... you will get for a long time ...

What makes a satisfied customer? He explains to his friends, colleagues, in their networks ... is the "word of mouth (WOM). We must make our customers our best sellers, or even our unique vendors.

An interesting link with a manual on the word of mouth and a Seth Godin which clarifies the PR (public relations) ...

riding your bike? Sell \u200b\u200byour products

Marie Clair My good friend sent me an article about bikes, recalling having two brakes ... inspired me to create a metaphor for life, which I used as the focus of a presentation to a group of students ESADE., and are summarized below ...

remember when I taught my oldest son to drive your bike ... you can imagine behind him corrinedo and your bike, holding the seat ... until he learned to ride and stay up without falling ... but forgot to explain how you brake ... taught himself ...

Maybe
own ignorance, I forgot to teach that the bike has two brakes and the need to act on them with balance and moderation ...

I lived for many years in the illusion that life is like riding two bikes, the personal and professional ... when you ride one, you can not ride the other ... but what made me think were two bikes?

In reality, life is like a single bike with two wheels, the professional and personal ... but only one bike ... and if we stop long in one of them, the whole bike for ... no matter which of the two wheels ... stops .. . and with it ourselves, our lives ...

When you find your balance, and drive in the direction of your life purpose, what makes you resonate and based on a contribution to a sustainable society, we can feel that bike, and without lowering to slow ... faster and faster and more fully ...
